How EMS Fitness Training works
EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation
During your training with SmartFit20®, you will wear our special designed wireless EMS-suit.
The Suit is equipped with electrode pads, covering 90-95% of your muscles. Through the pads, safe low-frequency impulses (similar to the natural muscle activition by your central nervus system) will be sent by the device to stimulate your muscles, resulting in an enhanced and high quality contractions involving significant more muscle fibers, than any regular movement.
As of the presence and the intensifying effect of the impulse, even our strength trainings part does not require the use of heavy weight, means no risk of injury and a gentle to joints training method.
