EMS Training stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation
During your training at the SmartFit20® Gym, you will wear our special designed wireless EMS-suit.
The Suit is equipped with electrode pads, covering 90-95% of your muscles. Through the pads, safe low-frequency impulses (similar to the natural muscle activition by your central nervus system) will be sent by the device to stimulate your muscles, resulting in an enhanced and high quality contractions involving significant more muscle fibers, than any regular movement. EMS increases the contractions, it is more intensive and efficient, which allows you to get maximum results within as little as 20 minutes time.
